AMPAC20 Hosted Buyer System includes Application site for processing qualifications of attendees.  The Approved Applicants would be guided to the registration sites. The system offers two complete registration sites, one for each type of attendee.  Sponsor and Member attendees would each access specific site for the registration. The registrants would then be allowed to set appointments . The Appointment site offers features for setting up the matching meetings between the qualified attendees.

Validation

We approach your Service Providers, Advertisers, Sponsors, and Exhibitors (Sponsors), to evaluate their willingness to participate and fund a Hosted Buyer Event

Planning

Setting up the new Hosted Buyer Event, based on the results of the above evaluation, the specifics of the event will be established.

Recruitment

Secure the participation by Sponsors, we will follow up with the Sponsors to secure the minimum number that will be required for the event.

Bookings

Book the Event, once the minimum number of Sponsors and Members have committed to participate in the event, the final reservations will be completed.

Complete the Registrations and prepare for Sponsors, and Members to access the AMPAC Event Site for the event to confirm their registrations and travel plans.

Setting Up Appointments, the AMPAC Appointment Systems will become available for Sponsors to access the details of participating members profiles and schedule appointments.

Next Hosted Buyer Event to use AMPAC20 System is scheduled for May 2019, in California.  The event is sold out.  The next one will be offered in Florida in November 2019.

​HOW NETWORKING - HOSTED BUYER EVENTS WORK

In many ways, a hosted buyer event creates a unique conference-like program that introduces your organization's members to prospective suppliers of the products and services they want and need. Unlike traditional events where attendees must walk trade show floors and explore exhibits in search of products and services, hosted buyer events focus on matching attendees(Members and Non Members), with sponsors during scheduled, in-person, one-to-one meetings. Attendees submit applications with business profiles to attend hosted buyer events. Sponsors will pay for selected applicants to attend the event as their "hosted buyer" guest to meet in-person during the event.
