  • Offering the final report after the Preregistration Site is closed.

Upgrades Meeting and Registration Management to include Education and Certification Management services for your organization.
 
Adds the following services:

  • Setting up your Educational Program for continuous training or for earning Certification Purposes. 
  • Linking of Meeting or Conference Sessions to your Education program so participants can earn continuing education credits.
  • Offer exam registration and tracking of exam results.
  • Monitoring of educational credits and date of completion for earning certification.
  • Tracking of certification renewal dates.
  • Reporting on certification and program results.

MUST be added to Meeting and Registration Management service.

Hosted Buyer Event Management

$1,950 Monthly
Includes to following services:
  • Approaching your Service, Providers, Members, Advertisers, Sponsors, and Exhibitors to evaluate their willingness to participate and fund a Hosted Buyer Event.
  • Setting up the new Hosted Buyer Event, based on the results of the above evaluation, and establishing event specifications.
  • Securing the participation of minimum required number of Sponsors and Members.
  • Booking the event once the minimum number of Sponsors and Members have committed to participate in the event, and completing the final reservations. 
  • Completing Registrations and preparing for Participants, Sponsors, and Members to access the Event Website to confirm their registrations and travel plans.
  • Setting Up appointments and making the system available to  participants to access the detailed profiles and schedule appointments. 
  • Working onsite at the event to help with the event management and support the participants . 
  • Completing participant Surveys and Reports during and after the event.
