After the Preliminary evaluation, on monthly basis we will coordinate your meetings with planning, setup, and registration for a flat fee,  including:

• Setting up for Exhibitors, Advertisers and Sponsors
• Setup and Manage Speakers and Presenters 
• Managing and Processing registrations 
• Managing and Processing Exhibitors, Advertisers, Sponsors
• Setup automatic confirmations and follow ups
• Produce invoices and Process Payments
• Printing tickets and badges
• Produce all the related reports for your review 
• Consolidation and confirmation of Results
• Update accounting and the Financial Reports
