The submissions can only be submitted under one of the topics that you determine. You can decide to require User ID and Password entry for the Presenters, which would mean that the individuals need to have a record in your system. You can also limit the login to your Active Members only.

Call for PapersWe will help your setup the Call for Papers Web Site for specific upcoming events. The images and setup of the upcoming event Web site can be used in the Call for Papers Site. The site can be accessed through your Web site or it can be only available to the individuals who you have invited to participate.

Review and ApprovalAll the Presentations can be accessed and reviewed through a dedicated Admin Web Site by your reviewers or judges. You can assign unique User ID and Password for each reviewer and assign certain (Or All), number of submission to each one. Based on approved, selected Presentations the sessions or special events can be setup in your upcoming meetings

Approval ProcessThe Reviewers can use the imbedded email system to communicate with the presenters and ask for more information. The presenters can access their record on line and submit additional information. Presenters can also add more individuals to their team and setup a panel of presenters.

Approved PresentationsThe Approved Presentations received an automatic email to confirm the approval. The Approved Email templates can be customized. From Approved Presentations several detailed reports can be generated. The Approved file will be available in several popular format, like Excel or CSV.

Not ApprovedThe Un Approved Presentations will receive an automatic email with the information that they were no approved. Their record is marked that they have participated and will be added to the list for future invitation to submit presentations.
