AMPAC SYSTEMS is located in Northern Virginia. The company has been working and servicing Associations for more than thirty-one years. AMPAC team has implemented hundreds of projects nationwide and in Canada. Our goal in servicing Associations have been to support their mission to serve the larger membership community.

Our History
The company began implementing Association Management Systems for three Associations in Alexandria VA in 1988. It was named AMPAC, referring to Association Management Package. Since then the Company has continued to implement systems for Associations nationwide and in Canada. The first trade show system was completed for the Toy Manufacturer Association in New York. It was a challenging project and helped to add Exhibitor Management features to AMPAC system.
The next major upgrade came through work on Conference Management System in San Diego, California. We worked with a certified meeting planner who helped us with additional features that have made AMPAC a complete system with every aspect of meetings, conferences, and exhibitors management included.
In 2007 we worked with FISA to design a new program labeled as Hosted Buyer - Appointment Management system. With the help of FISA's team a new program was developed to manage every aspect of the Hosted Buyer - Appointment Events. The Company has worked with FISA to improve the process and add additional capabilities to the system. FISA continues to conduct two to three successful events each year.
Recently, ASI named AMPAC Systems an Authorized iMIS Solution Provider (AiSP) and AMPAC now offers market-leading iMIS association software to its clients. Learn more about our exciting new partnership by reading our blog article.
